How to Pick Up in Store


If we don’t bring your item within 5 minutes, you get a $5 coupon good for your next in-store purchase. The best of online shopping meets the best of in-store shopping, and it’s FREE.


Here’s how it works:

Step 1:  Print your Order Confirmation email

Step 2:  Wait until you receive the “Your order is ready for pickup” email

Step 3:  Go to the Merchandise Pick Up Kiosk in the store you selected with your email confirmation and the credit card you used to make the purchase

Step 4:  Enter your information at the kiosk and a Sears Associate will bring you your order.


Note: Jewelry & Watch purchases can only be picked up at the Fine Jewelry sales counter.




How to Pick Up Curbside with Shop’In

In locations where it is available, Sears makes it even easier to pick up your purchase curbside. And if we don’t bring your item within 5 minutes, you get a $5 coupon good for your next in-store purchase.


Here’s how it works:

Step 1:  Print your Order Confirmation email

Step 2:  Wait until you receive the “Your order is ready for pickup” email

Step 3:  Download the Sears app for your mobile device and utilize the Shop’In feature

Step 4:  Drive to the store you selected, utilize the Shop’In feature in the Sears app and a Sears Associate will bring you your order. Be sure to have your Order Confirmation email and the credit card you used to make the purchase with you.


Note: Jewelry & Watch purchases can only be picked up at the Fine Jewelry sales counter.

Ordering with Store Pickup is easy

  • Enter your ZIP code on the product page and choose a local store under Store Pickup, if the item is available.
  • After your checkout, we’ll send you a “Ready for Pick Up” email when your order is ready.
  • Bring the email and the credit card you used to the Merchandise Pick Up area of your store. Enter your information at the kiosk and a Sears Associate will bring you your order.
  • Note: Jewelry & Watch purchases can be picked up at the Fine Jewelry sales counter.

Orders placed after store hours will receive an email the following business day. If your item isn’t in stock, we’ll end you an email when it’s at the store and ready for pickup.


  • Sign into your account or enter your ZIP code on the product page.
  • From the Store Pickup menu, choose a local store convenient to you.
  • Items will either be in stock pending email confirmation or due in store within a few days.

Items that are due in-store are generally not stocked at the store or are currently out of stock. The additional time allows for shipping from our warehouse to the store.


No, some items are only available for shipping or delivery.


Before you checkout, you can choose the delivery method you prefer. Once an order is placed for Store Pickup, you’ll need to go to the store to pick it up.


Yes, you can send someone else to pick up your order.

  • During the checkout process, be sure to check “Someone else will pick up my order”.
  • You’ll supply the name and email of the person who will be picking up your order.
  • We’ll send them an email message, which they need to bring with them when picking up for identification.
  • If you select the option, we can also send both of you a text when your order is ready.

To find the store hours of a store near you:

  • Select a store with our Store Locator and click on see details for the store hours.
  • Store hours will also appear your Order Summary and on your “Ready for Pick Up” email.

Note: The Store Locator will find stores in your area. You still need to enter a ZIP under the “Store Pickup” option to see if an item is in stock at that location.

  • Bring the email and the credit card you used to the Merchandise Pick Up area of your store.
  • Enter your information at the kiosk and a Sears Associate will bring you your order.

Always check the dimensions of the item you’re purchasing. If you don't think an item will fit in your vehicle, you may need a large-bed pickup truck.
