Great carry on
This was perfect for my needs. My only negative comment would be that when fully packed, it may not fit in the overhead bin. On one of my flights, the bag had to be checked at the gate (no charge).

Love it!
The spinner is so easy to maneuver most of the time. If you have the handle up and the bag leaning, it doesn't roll backwards (oh well, no big deal). It has plenty of storage pockets with two on the front, and inside it has shoe pockets, a zip pocket and a removable zip pouch. The zippers are a little stiff, but seem easier to use the more they are used. Very pleased with this bag.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
