Balance Ball Hamstrings Stretch

This stretch isolates your hamstrings and loosens up all the super-tight spots in the back of your legs.

  • Sit on top of stability ball with back tall, legs extended and together in front of you, heels digging into floor.
  • Engage abs and sit tall.
  • Hinge forward from hips, keeping back flat, until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings.
  • Hold for 15 to 30 seconds, and then slowly lift yourself back up to start position.
