These basic cardiovascular movements will loosen your limbs, get your blood flowing, and prepare your muscles for more intense exercise.

  • 25 Buttā€Kicks
  • 25 Jumping Jacks
  • Repeat 2 sets of series above 
  • 25 Squats 
  • 25 Heismans 
  • Repeat 2 sets of series above 
  • Jump Rope (2 minutes) 
  • Finish with some light stretching
