This exercise will challenge you more than a traditional sit-up and help strengthen your entire core.
- Lie faceup, with knees bent, feet flat on floor, back propped against top of BOSU, flat side down.
- Lean back as far as possible and place hands behind head, elbows out to sides.
- Crunch up, bringing chest toward knees; lower back to start.
