Dumbbell Wrist Twist

This exercise isolates your forearms by the twist of your wrist. Be careful not to move wrists back and forth too quickly.
- Stand with feet together, holding a dumbbell in each hand, arms by sides.
- Bend elbows by sides, bringing forearms parallel to floor, palms facing down.
- Rotate wrists in and out, turning palms to faceup, then down, while keeping elbows by sides throughout.
