Increase core and upper body strength and burn fat with this cardio-conditioning calisthenic exercise.
- Begin in plank or push-up position.
- Push off of your arms and jump into a squat position so that your feet are now where your hands were. Your body is now in an upright squat position on your feet.
- Maintain the squat position as you lower your hands parallel with but just outside your feet, pushing your feet back into a plank position.
