PLEASE NOTE - Shipping includes delivery to curbside. Any additional handling, storage or service fees are extra and is not covered by Gxi Outdoor Power and is the responsibility of the customer. Orders may take up to 25 days from the day we get the order to the day it ships. General Warranty/Returns information: 1. Cancelled Orders: a. If an order is cancelled by the customer after the unit has shipped, customer will pay a 25% restocking fee and the return freight cost back to GXi. 2. Damaged Goods: a. Customers should inspect the equipment upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, it should be notated on the Bill of Lading and refused by the customer. If they take possession, and don't notate the damage, then the product is the customer's responsibility and considered receipted in good condition. b. In case of a unit being damaged in transit and the customer has taken possession, then the unit will need to be sent out for repair.
