3-Ply Clad Construction features two layers of stainless steel which surround an extra thick aluminum core. Thermo-Enhanced Base™ is 30% thicker than traditional clad cookware providing excellent heat distribution which ensures even browning. Laser Sealed Rim is completely hygienic and will not tarnish or react with foods. The elegant flared shape provides drip-free pouring. Dishwasher and Oven Safe.
