    I purchased this oven in April of 2010 for a whole kitchen makeover and I have had 3 service calls already, 2 being out of warranty. After 2 months of use, we decided the oven was in need of a cleaning and after hitting the self clean button, the glass door exploded! After that incident, they have had to replace 2 of the same control modules as well as the circuit board . So I spent over $2000 on a top of the line appliance and have 3 service calls. Bosch has been fair in covering the parts expense but I can not recommend this in good conscience.

    Overall really like this oven. Very large capacity. Great cooking quality and accurate cook temps. Different cook modes work great. Does tend to pre-heat very slowly, even with the "rapid" pre-heat mode. May just be a function of the large size.
