This Cap Barbell Olympic Curl Weight Lifting Bar with Collars has comfortable hand knurls and is considered to be the quickest way to increase upper arm mass, strength and definition. Includes 2 collars. Strength training refers to the usage of various equipment, such as benches, weight sets, dumbbells, weighted vests, etc. to add resistance to exercise.
