all though this says it will take wma format, it does not. I called coby via the number in the book there answer was just return it. The support was also very poor.

Great value for the price paid
I've had this Coby MP620-4G MP3 player now for about a month so I've been able to play around with it and figure out all the functions. Overall I think this is a great MP3 player, especially for the price paid. It's user friendly/easy to use and doesn't take long to figure out how to use it. The syncing of music to it from ****** Cloud Player and Windows Media Player and eMusic.com was easy and error free. There are only two things that I don't really like about this MP3 player and that is the size of it, (too small), and the volume (too low), it came with some decent ear-buds. I'm glad that I got the 4G instead of the 2G, because it says that the player will hold up to 1000 songs, but that's if you also don't have any videos, pictures or eBooks on it. I haven't downloaded any eBooks to it yet and I honestly probably won't...I don't know why it would be a huge plus to have that capability on this MP3 player because the screen if just so small. I can't see myself reading a book off of this tiny screen. I also can't figure out how to get videos onto it, I've tried to send the videos from my computer to this MP3 player but it doesn't show up when I click on videos on the player...? But, even so I really like this Coby MP620-4G MP3 player, it's not the best out there but for the price it is definetly worth it and I do recommend it.
