Eats Batteries and not tight enough around neck
My main comment is that it eats batteries - they may last 8 hours if you have all 3 settings running. There should be an AC adapter available so it could run on either AC or DC. Also, the neck section can not get in close enough unless you are laying down and have pressure on it. Needs to be more supple.
