With spring fashion so top of mind, it’s hard to believe winter’s got two months to go. If we weren’t so busy, we have a hunch we’d be crabby—like so many of our friends who’ve been hit with the winter blues. Our prescription for an ever-sunny disposition? Get out on the town, no matter the temp. These destinations are great options this month.

Where: Chicago, IL
What: Chicago Restaurant Week 2014
When: January 24 – February 6
Why: You have 28 chances to get a huge deal (Think $22 for lunch and $33 or $44 for dinner.) on a meal at one of 280 of the city’s best restaurants. We recommend taking a long break from takeout, and gallivanting from hotspot to hotspot—while they’re hot.
