    My Craftsman 10" table saw made my day! April 01, 2011

    Getting a newer house ready to move into would have taken much more time if we had not bought this saw. I have cut my share of panels with a circular saw and clamped on guides but with so much panel cutting to do, I insisted on this saw. I didn't want to drag my cast iron radial arm saw over here to do the work anyway. Plenty other cuts were made that were easier and quicker with the table saw to boot.

    Pop the blade guard off, clamp the fence down and run the panels through, job done! Cross cuts, rips and miters went just as easy. The radial arm has its uses but for general all around quick and done type jobs, I love my table saw! When I get done, I just roll it back in the corner 'til next time.

    Cheap Plastic...2 Broken Saws received! December 31, 2010

    Recieved this as a gift from my wife. Unfortunately, the plastic surrounding the unit was cracked completely down the side. Not giving up on this saw, I decided to take it back to sears for an exchange. I picked up the second saw a couple of days ago after waiting another week for it to arrive in the store, and upon unpacking it today, I found the SAME problem. The plastic was again cracked in a different places. I will not be fooled a third time. Be warned, some components of this saw make it potentially extremely dangerous to operate if they fail.

    Good table saw for the money.. The assembly process took time but went smoothly. I liked that it has table extentions on 3 sides, a dust collection bag and wheels. I'm a hobby carpenter.

    I liked the looks of the table saw online. When I got in and put it together the table was disappointingly small. It has fairly good power. If you are going to make several cuts using the fence you need to keep checking it to make sure it does not move. I ruined my first project when the fence moved on every cut. By the time I was done the last cut was 1/2 inch longer than the first. I do like the bag to catch saw dust. I also like the rear work support,

    Love the saw but the leg nuts keep loosening. Would prefer 4 any direction locking wheels instead of having to lift it up and only going one way. The blade is a pain to change but then I am a 64 woman and do not have the strength. Great saw tho.
