    This angle grinder is one of the best I have used to date. April 17, 2010

    I recently purchased this grinder because my old rayobi was going downhill fast.  I have not had a chance to use it to its full potential yet but my initial opinion is very high. I love the movable handle and the grip. It feels sturdy and smooth. In my opinion you can't beat the quality for the price.

    This grinder had good power and worked fine as long as it wasn't under a heavy load. I used this grinder for one hour before it burnt itself up and practically melted the insides. This unit does not have a thermal overload switch so you risk burning up your grinder any time you use it. I will never buy another grinder without a thermal overload switch.

    This little grinder works like one twice it's size. I've used these for years while welding pipe and other metal structures. The one I had was over 20 years old and needed a new cord. My wife said "I would think it is about time you give this one to one of the boys and buy you another. I purchased a new one, and replaced the cord on the old one. Still great quality and a hard worker. Not bad to have a spare in the tool box for guys on my crew to borrow when their sub par brands fail.

    This grinder is powerful enough to chew through the tough stuff. I have been grinding away at some bad welding and it really does the job. Not hard to handle and the grinding wheel is holding up great.

    The Dremel tool I had was not large nor powerful enough for my bigger grinding projects. With the right wheel this thing just chews the rust right off metal. I use it under my vehicle to prepare a surface to be painted. I only wish it had a speed selector. You're also going to want to get a set of earplugs with this, as well as some safety goggles and possibly a respirator.

    I bought this grinder because my Black and Decker burned out. I've used this grinder to grind welds, preparing for welding, cutting steel, cutting tile, and recently cutting concret block.
