      Excess time to resolve issue and lost $

      Got the 118 pc mechanics tool set as a gift and upgraded to the 154 pc set because I wanted the 1/2 drive ratchet and the extra sockets and wrenches. Note, due to a glitch in the online reviews I cannot review the 154 pc MTS that lists for $149.95, rather only this personalised one which is more expensive.

      That being said, it was on sale and the price was very good. There is really no better tool than craftsman because of their lifetime replacement guarantee. If you need to buy a tool, be smart and make it a craftsman.

      One sour note: I had major issues with returning the online purchase because the return code would not work properly. It took them close to 1/2 hour but they finally issued a credit to use towards the upgrade purchase, however, they forgot to credit the tax and I didn't spot till I left the store.

      I got this tool set for Christmas, and I have to say that I couldn't be more happy with it.  It comes in a well organized carrying case and has all the tools that I need to work on just about anything around the house or in the garage.  It's not too heavy for carrying around from job site to job site either.  I take these tools with me everywhere I go.  It's a great kit to have in the truck.
