    Easy to use router April 02, 2011

    This router is very comfortable to hold and easy to use. Setting the depth was a little bit tricky the first couple of times. I've had some trouble getting it all to fit back into the bag as well. But aside from these minor issues, the router is great - does well with all of the important things.

    tool is great but sears dont back up tools if something is wrong April 13, 2011

    the tool i would be happy with but when i got the tool home found out it was a display at some point was repacked in box not marked as a display ok so it workes fine but the 1/4 add is missing called customer service and cant get any help call any other tool company about missing parts they say sorry and send you the parts not sears or craftman so it might just be my last craftsman tool ever and my sons may never buy one.

    This was my first purchase of a router and I was glad I chose this one. The features are perfect for the jobs I use it for. It also fits perfectly into my statioary router table for use as a fixed base router.

    Cons:
    Wish could buy plunge base separately.

    Absolutely love this router...easy to use, adjust height and has tons of power....Variable speed is great for using different bits and extra collet lets you use any 1/4 or 1/2 shaft bits. The soft start is also a great feature and helps keep down motor wear. Love it. If I had looked closer I would have bought the kit with the plunge base in it...

    Height adjustment is notchy

    I like the product. Adjustable speed and slow start up speed are nice features.  Height adjustment needs to be improved; it slips and must be manually checked.
