Battery for cordless drill
It was the right one and my drill now works. However, it was hard to find the replacement battery as we went to 2 stores, looked on line and then called a number given to us by one of the stores. The replacement number had changed. It would be nice if you would leave the replacement parts the same number with easy access online and store all replacements in stores.

Same issue
This is a great drill and flashlight combo...but, now the charger is dead and I can't use either. I went to the store where this site said they were in stock and the guy looked at me like an idiot. Very frustrating to have a perfectly good working drill and you can not get a charger for it!

The item received was a newer version of what I placed the order for. After placing the order for store pick up at 2 stores, both orders were cancelled, one of which I drove 25 minutes to the store for, the item was shipped to me. It's not rocket science, the item simply charges the battery it is intended to charge. Not even sure why the original charger crapped out but it did.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

bought a replacement charger and had to return it. Sears system had wrong info on web site on my battery model. Ended up going to store and paying 3x cost more for a charger that would work on my battiers.

I was mad at my wife when she broke my drill's battery charger. I told her it would cost a fortune to replace. I went to Sears and boy was I surprised, it was like $9.98, what a deal! way to go Sears! That is why you buy Craftsman!
