    Very Innovative and Unique October 18, 2007

    Being a mechanic all my life, I must say this is one of the nicest ratchets I have ever used. It is quiet and full of professional features that usually are found in ratchets that retail over $100.00. The rating exhaust and built in air regulator came in quite handy when I was working in those tight spots. The tool is very powerful and much quieter then most conventional ratchets in the market. I was truly impressed with this tool and will definitely recommend Craftsman tools to my fellow mechanic's. Thank you Sears for another great tool!!!

    Flimsy July 26, 2009

    I purchased two of these on May 19 2009. As of this date 1 has completely failed. The motor has froze and will not operate at all. From day one it leaked air, sometimes not work or would not reverse. @nd one is holding it's own. I am a 62 year old that is a hobbist mechanic. Have been using air tools for more than 40 years. It is probably just a fluke that 1 of 2 failed under same conditions. Am taking it baqack for replacement.

    I used this product once after oiling as directed. It removed 2 out of 4 bolts before failing completely. I've used Craftsman hand and air tools all my life and was always very happy with them until now. I returned it and exchanged for a Pro ratchet. Hopefully, it will be a better choice.

    Just bought this tool today after taking returning a air tool kit. Used the money to buy this Craftsman 3/8 Air Ratchet. This is a very nice tool. The ability to adjust where the air is directed is well designed. This air ratchet has a very nice finish. The plastic trigger is comfortable. Easy to squeeze. Also, most all air tools are loud and make lots of noise. This model has reduced noice. Also, the 2 speeds; HI-LO setting are great as well. You can slowly take a nut or bolt off and when the bolt is loose, you can change to high speed. Excellent air tool. Works well with my 20 Gallon Craftsman Air Compressor as well. This is one tool to have in any air tool arsenol.

    i love my air ratchet i can use it on just about anything i have yet to find something it will not loosen up or tighten enough its deffinately a must have in on any workbench.
