    Got these bushings trying to replace wornout metal type I had been using for years. Only repacement Sears had. Tried the 5/16 in with 1/4 in bit to rout out extensive custom logo with my very time consumming templates and the plastic guide bushing failed and completely ruined both my project and the custom templates. They only lasted about 8 minutes!

    Bought bushings initially thinking they were metalic (and I was in a pinch) Good packaging. Melted first time I used them. Will return to PC for all routing needs.

    first time I tried to use the 5/8 bushing with a 1/2 router bit on a Craftsman hinge jig the bushing broke off and ruined the jig and damaged the door. Should have known plastic wouldn't hold up
