best thing for new ppl to the biz swivel heads life time warrenty and made in usa. only bad thing in real tight spots the swivel is a little longer than swivel sockets other than that best bet for the money

Nice set, not so nice on customer service
Bought the set, the sockets are basically put into a box (or thrown into the box), taped up, & shipped, guess the presentation just wasn't there when I opened package. They had double up on one socket so I was missing one size, called .com & tried to have them ship the one to me, they wanted me to rebox and send back to them, no way! Got local store to change out for right size. It is a great thing that I can go into a local store and have the salesperson order for me and have no shipping fees, plus they took care of me afterwards when .com was basically getting stupid.

No Missing Pieces!!!
The set looks good. The only problem I have with these is that the lasered marking on about half of them were nearly rubbed all the way off when I first received them brand new.
