    This Mower Has a Handle Long Enough For Tall People! September 22, 2010

    The only reason I wanted a new mower is because last time I made the mistake of buying one without seeing if the handle was long enough.  I'm tall and for the last four or five years I've been having to cut the lawn with a mower handle too short - pain in the back!  I finally decided I'd had enough and went looking for a new mower even though the old one still ran fine. This time I made sure the mowers were where I could stand behind them and try them for proper fit.  This one has a very long handle and it now feels wonderful to mow the lawn without bending over or pushing a handle down around my waist.  Plus this mower is considerably quieter than my old one.  I've had no problems with the wheel adjustments, but I've only mowed my lawn twice so far.  I have no doubts that if I need to, I can wire the adjustment device in place.

    Worst mower I have ever bought September 17, 2010

    I bought this mower in May and when I got it home I discovered that the front wheels did not lock into place. I returned it and had the same problem again. My third trip to the store we went through two more before I finally found one that worked.

    I used the mower for three months when the engine blew on me and I am being told that it is not covered under warranty.

    After $245.00 and four trips to Sears I am now without a lawn mower!!!

    I will NEVER by anything from Sears again!!! (We also bought a dryer that needed to be replaced and still have not received our rebate)

    Ive had this mower for almost 2years. The mower is poferfull and tuff. Starts with one pull from day one of ownership. It rides smooth and leaves a clean cut. Best push mower ive ever used. Great product, I highly rate this mower.

    I have had this mower for several seasons, It is the best one yet.  Starts with one pull everytime.... Always

    Has plenty of power - so I never worry about the lawn being too high or thick.  Like after rainy weather when the lawn doubles in height (or seems to).

    The bagger works pretty good, but I prefer the mulching mode. Sears has a hi-quality mulching blade available  that cuts great and actually seems to make the engine run smoother. Look for it if you replace the blade.

    Is good on gas, considering the engine size.  I change the oil every other season. Thou Not often enough...

    I love it! Will probably buy the exact model if it is available when time comes to retire this one.
