    Great machine February 02, 2011

    Been using this mower 2 seasons and has been great overall machine. Had a defective spindle initially...service and replacement was prompt and professional...other than that the only complaint I have would be no suspension for the seat. Runs great, cuts nicely, very maneuverable and is fast enough for me to cut 5-6 acres with many trees in very good time.

    Craftsman Professional 52" Zero Turn BREAKS DOWN FREQUENTLY!! May 20, 2010

    I bought the Craftsman 52" Zero Turn last September.  I have used it less than 10 hours and have had to have service repair come out at least 6 times.  5 times were transmission issues and one was an electronic issue.  I had another transmission issue today which means that service will have to come out a 7th time in under 10 hours of use.  The drill is that the product breaks down.  I call service.  They come out 3 to 4 days later and say that they have to order a part.  The part comes in and the service repair guy comes out 3 to 4 days later.  Meanwhile my grass is half mowed and keeps growing.  I then operate the unit for an hour to an hour and a half and the unit breaks down thereby restarting the cycle.  I have asked them to replace the unit the last two times.  They say that they will not replace it if it can be repaired.  I said fine.  Please repair it.  All I want is a working unit.  They patch it up and then it breaks down again.  I need to have a standing appointment with the repair guy.  I would never buy this product again.

    This is the ULTIMATE BOY TOY! My husband lusted for it over a year. It is fast and has cut the mowing time on our 2.81 acre lawn in half. This one factor earns the 5-star recommendation because of our hot and very humid southern summers. The mower is of the highest quality and it is MADE IN THE USA!! 'nuff said!

    I have cut my time from mowing my 2 acres from 2 hours 15 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes. It will drop even further as I learn how to handle the mower with precision. There is a learning curve to driving it I have found out. I love the extra thick deck, the power and speed.

    Delivered on time, started right up, ran it for 2.5 hours right off the delivery truck, mowed three quarters of my 6 acres in that time without any problems! What a fantastic job...more than I expected. Riding it is almost like floating across the lawn, especially when turning for that next cut or around a tree and flower bed. Worth every penny!
