First of all, these cabinets look great from the outside. The metal is very flimsy and the edges are sharp. Watch your hands when you put this together. It is about 95% assembles. Unfortunately, the hardest part to assemble is left for us to do. The tiny bolts and nuts are to be used in the tiniest of places. You need small hands to hold the nut just right. Remember to watch your hands for the sharp edges! There is also plastic edging for the locking bar that must be installed to keep the rattle to a minimum. You need to be a contortionist to put this together. Fortunately, once it is assembled it looks great. The shelves are deep and the doors have plenty of space for bottles and jars. The doors open nice and wide.

Im not sure about others reviews here as I had no problems that they stated. The bolts square fit the holes perfectly. It has a detent bracket on bottom that holds door closed so you dont have to lock it to keep the doors closed. Comes fully assembled aside from a few minor bolts requiring a 7/16" craftsman socket. This is a huge well built storage cabinet and looks great in my garage.

Man I love this cabinet. I especially like the partially enclosed shelves in the doors. There are 2 sizes of these cabinet, this Model #15341 being the tall [78"H], and Model #59126 that looks the same, being the other [67"H]. Both are 36"W and 21&1/2"D. I now have 2 of the tall cabinet. I've had one for my expensive tools in my heated work shop & just purchased another for the utility room for the house. They come with 2 keys for 1 lock that lock both doors. They come with about 6 mini bungy cords you use to strap across either side of the door above the door shelve to keep items from falling off the partially enclosed shelved. They also come with L bracket so you can attach them to a wall. They are flimsy but look what your paying. You want non flimsy with the same storage space, lockable, for around this price, you find it? Let me know because I'll buy it. Besides, once you fill it up, it stiffens ups real fast.

Also, I bought these at Sears Outlet, about 95% already assembled at a nearly 45% reduced rate, usually floor model's. They were slightly dented somewhere or had a minor scratch or blemish. Well worth it to me. Thats the way I buy all my Craftsman tool chest and storage units. Except right now they are having a 50% sale on many of the tool chest, top & bottom, and that's a great deal. I purchased my 1st brand new undented or unscratched tool chest. A 40" Professional Heavy Duty Top Tool Chest with the 50% sale they have going on now.........................

I read all the reviews (negative and positive) on this product and bought 2 of these behemoths last week.  I've assembled and started stocking them up, and overall - I am VERY happy with the purchase. 

So, since people tend to highlight negatives when comparison shopping, I'll start there.

• The carriage bolts used to square the cabinets and mount the lower door catches are crap - they are undersized. (0.250" shoulder vs 0.300" square hole - you do the math!) & WILL spin when you apply even a moderate amount of torque.  I fixed this by using buttonhead M8 bolts and automotive "J nut" fasteners.  these work beautifully!  If this style solution is down your alley - make sure you get the shorter J nuts, as the long ones will interfere with the door catch / cam when the door is closed.   
• In all fairness, you can avoid this mess by keeping the torque light when running the nut on the backside of the carriage bolt.
• That's my only gripe.  Hopefully Craftsman engineers will tell the bean counters to **** off & get some decent hardware into their PROFESSIONAL LINE OF STORAGE SOLUTIONS.  (not to brag, but I am a mechanical engineer by day & know a thing or two about the differences between industrial and "hobby" grade equipment.)

Regarding other reviews that say these cabinets are flimsy - I kind of agree.  With this caveat: If these cabinets were made of a heavier gauge material, you would need a forklift to move them into your garage.  They are every bit of the 186 lb shipping weight they claim. BUT, once you have them squared up and secured to studs - they are PHENOMENALLY STURDY. Yes, welding them at the factory would create a superior and very rigid metal cabinet - but that may not be cost effective. 

Which reminds me: if you are picking these up yourself, I would recommend a truck with an 8 ft bed - for one cabinet & if you are getting 2.. ...??borrow a car trailer.

The finish is great on these cabinets, as well.  It looks like they used an automotive grade paint & time will tell if they hold up.  As for dents in the cabinets - there are SPOT WELDS used throughout the structure which, unless Craftsman has enough resources to apply lightweight body filler / shave / sand / repeat for perfectly flat painting surfaces - you will see.  If your cabinets get dented due to transport or impact - take them back.  Easy-peasy..  (except for the 186 lb lifting requirement)

So far, I am VERY happy with these cabinets. They are cavernous..!! and - yes - very sturdy.  I have already loaded one shelf with a few thousand rounds of .40 S&W and .45 ACP & it's holding up well so far.  That is no small feat.!  Plan is to get everything else stocked into them this weekend, which will tidy up the place tremendously.

Hopefully this will help the person looking at dressing up their shop / garage and getting some storage capacity at the same time.  For the price, these cabinets are hard to beat.  Do not waste your time or money on craigslist surplus metal cabinets that make your garage look like a donation yard - these will dress up the place and make your garage a cool place to be.
