    easy to program February 18, 2011

    The remote was easy to program, and i have always been satisfied with Craftsman quality. I thought that the price was a liitle high, considering that you were able to purchase a new unit; Garage door opener with keypad, and two remotes for only $160. where as I paid 1/4 of that for a single remote...

    Craftsmen Snow Thrower December 15, 2010

    My brand new snow thrower would not move the first time I tried to use it. I was told I could bring it in and exchange it or call for service since it was probably the transmission. So, I had to make arrangements for my brother to come and get it and bring it back to Sears. I haven't had to use it again so I don't know if the replacement will work.

    Very happy to easily find a replacement remote after original 8 year old remote broke.

    Simple to "teach" remote for use.  Husband on a ladder, me on the floor with the remote but could easily have been done with one person.

    A four-star rating only because of the price - unreasonably high for such a small and simple electronic device - $20 would have been a bit more fair.
