Or sew together five segments to create round or pointed fans. Each petal can be cut up to 8-1/2 inches to create Dresden Plates up to 16-1/2 inches. A circle template for the center is included. It comes with fully illustrated step by step instructions or view the video demonstration. The ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied.
