Now with a user friendly release liner making it more versitile and easier to install. Our Over-laminate Tape Protection is one of the easiest ways to protect your vinyl tape lines from damage. It is not uncommon for damage to occur from forklift traffic pallet stacking and other various industrial abuses which is why it is important to consider the help of tape protection. Tape protection is often overlooked as a novelty by many businesses. However protected vinyl tape lines last an average of 5 times longer when compared to those that are unprotected. Our unique over-laminate is created using a slightly textures surface layer offering resistance to heavy foot traffic carts and even forklifts. The other side is coated with a rubber based adhesive. The rubber adhesive is very tacky and bonds exceptionally well to most surfaces. One of the best parts about our tape protection is that it can be used in a variety of surfaces such as floors doors counters walls etc. Furthermore tape protection can also withstand a wide span of temperatures making it an ideal candidate for tape protection virtually anywhere. The tough surface offers good abrasion and tear resistance. In addition tape protection is also highly conformable waterproof and resistant to chemicals. Once it is applied it's transparency makes it discreet yet completely functional. In order to best suit your needs we generally recommend using an over-laminate that is 1"-2" or more wider than your tape lines. For instance: If you have 2" lines we recommend a 3" Over-laminate (as pictured). By doing this you are allowing for a clearance of .5" bare Over-laminate on both sides of the tape line which will ensure maximum durability.
