Six ingenious cooking modes—Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Convection Roast, Pure Convection™ (top oven), Bake (bottom oven) and Broil (bottom oven)—let you create the dishes your heart desires.

Dacor's exclusive four-part Pure Convection™ technology with fan, air baffle, convection filter and heating element, ensures precise oven temperature control, superior heat distribution and zero flavor transfer when multiple dishes are cooked simultaneously.

Dacor's patented RapidHeat™ Bake Element under glass allows for faster preheating and exceptionally even baking and browning. Not to mention easy clean up.

Our advanced digital meat probe turns the oven off when your roast reaches the ideal temperature. So you don't have to slice it to be sure it's done.

The GlideRack™ is a vast improvement to standard racks because it lets you pull it out further, while still supporting your heavy dishes. The Meat Probe completely takes the guesswork out of cooking meat safely and to perfection.
