Other convenient features include a 3-spoke pilot wheel for ease of use, adjustable-position, locking depth stop for accurate depth measurement and repetitive drilling, and a tilting table with slots for fast clamping of work.

  • Standard 3-jaw, 1/2 in. capacity chuck for positive gripping of various drill press cutting tools
  • Five speeds from 620 to 3,100 rpm
  • Cast iron table tilts up to 45 degrees for angled drilling; rack-and-pinion raising mechanism for easy adjustments
  • Slots in the table allow mounting vises, clamps, auxiliary tables, and other accessories
  • Chuck accepts bits with up to 1/2 in. shanks, allowing the use of larger wood boring bits
  • 2-1/4 in. stroke length allows the drilling of deeper holes without having to re-position the work piece
  • On/off switch is also removable to prevent unauthorized use
