Don't Expect To Last More Than a Few Months!!!! Disgusted.
I ordered these for my husband for X-Mas and after 3 months of wearing them, the leather around the threading completely came apart. I contacted Sears and they said since it was beyond 90 days there was NOTHING they could do. I could have gotten a pair of boots from ******* for half this price and it would have lasted more than 3 months.

Good Long Term Footwear
I am presently wearing the 2007 same workboot with tread nearly gone. Leather has been taken care of and remains in good shape. Molded sole much more rugged than Sears brand with laminated multi-layer sole that separates after 6 months. Very comfortable for standing on concrete hard floors. I highly recommend this Dickies work boot - I bought two added pair cuase I love to wear them for casual outings. With steel toes, I don't have to worry about knocking around.

I would pay more for these boots.
I am a laborer who is on my feet about 50 hours a week in boots. While not a boot expert, I do know the difference between a good, bad and average pair. These may be tied with a pair of Red Wings I owned about 8 years ago as my all-time favorites. I purchased these for around $50 a lil while back and I may go grab a few pair and not have to worry for a couple years about it. I can honestly say you can't beat the price/quality combo. The support is tremendous and I have yet to feel the hard piece of plastic come thru on the back like a lot of my previous boots had done. The top of the boot shows no sign of getting flimsy either. No stitching has come undone or snaged. The soles are comfortable stepping on anything. Simply put, these are a pleasure to wear.

Fine work boot
Good solid boot, strong construictuion and very comfortable. Only non-positive copmment is that the boot has regular eyelets at the top of the laces, but speed-lace eyelets in the middle. All speed-lace eyelets at the top might have been a better design choice but I'm happy with these boots.
