East Point Sports  7ft 3-in-1 Swivel Game Table

This item is extremely heavy and bulky and does take good 3 hours for 2 to put it together and have an electric screw driver ready. The hockey side came defective but sears was able to compensate me for the damage and i was happy. I was also missing 2 screws and 2 of them came connected so we couldn't use them. It didn't look like used but was some what damaged. The paint and workmanship is very poor. Not good quality product but it does serve the purpose as what it is made for. This is great for kids age 8 and up but remember they will only play for so long and i'm sure kids prefer playing out door. It may be great for winter days. Overall, for the price i paid i would recommend this product and sears was easy to deal with in regards to damages.

First of all, I tried to save a few bucks and opted for in-store pickup. I must say, you need a truck to take it home and a pretty strong guy to get it into the house. My HE says that the assembly wasn't that difficult but we observed chips & a gouge in the paint which we are not sure if it was from shipping or a manufacturer flaw. When HE started to assemble, the only thing that HE would have preferred, was to have 2 people because once the play table is assembled, you have to lift the whole thing up to put it into place. The overall assembly took about 2 1/2hrs by HIMSELF with the use of an electric screwdriver and the wrench set it came with. The ping pong table is my least favorite...it doesn't sit completely flat and it can move while you are playing, so I would recommend some pegs on the bottom to help keep it in place. I have noticed that the fan for the airhockey is not that strong once installed, but given the size of the table and the cost, it's a good deal. The pool table has no dot for breaking or placing the ball rack, but again, for the price, no big deal. My kid and her friends like the table so far and have no real complaints. But those cupholders...they should have been deeper or non-existent. That space could have used for storage because if someone spills or knocks over a decent size glass onto my table, I'm gonna be "upset". But overall, I am very happy with the table for the price that I paid (on sale) and I would agree that options (for cost) such as a storage or rack to put the accessories in would be nice.

This East Point Sports 7ft 3-in-1 Swivel Game Table was delivered on May 10, 2012 and was installed today May 22, 2012 by sears inhome installation services vendor Servicepro home installation, llc. Looks like this is a used product or refurbished product. There are many scratches on table tennis and air hockey table. There is water damage or compression from packaging damage on top of the table. Many marks. dents and paint scratches throughout the table. Installation Service person has noted above issues in the service order. He hauled away product packaging and other assembly materials for disposal from my home. I have no option to return this product to a sears store by myself. I also don't have packaging materials and I don't know to disassemble the product. I have called up sears customer support and request for full refund and pick up. Will keep you posted on sears return service and refund policy...

Where to start..From the Poor instructions,to the cheaply made parts,or Dinged up parts pretty much all the table,felt on the pool table side not even attached,This has to be the worst thought off design and craftsmenship I have ever seen.More time struggling tightening up parts in the no space design.Why bother with the directions..when they are clearly not CLEAR..Very disappointed and will NOT recommend this to ANYONE..I guess the old saying is correct..You get what you pay for...I cant believe Sears would even stand by this cheap wanna be product..Now I'm stuck with a $530+ heap of wanna be wood....And dont get me started on the "so" called accesories..I get better quality from a Dollar Store..Just my opinion..a unhappy Mom of 2..

Awesome table for fun and games, it is definitely not for serious playing or even for grown ups who are serious about the games. Warning for people wanting to buy model 37003 - Sears and EastPoint do not have that model since it is an older model. I preferred that since it only had 2 table sections for table tennis (compared on 3 in the one that they shipped - 37103). Also this one does not have automated ball-return as in 37003. The table is pretty heavy (packaging was more than 150kgs ~ 330lbs), so if you're picking up yourself, then ensure you have two big guys. You only need extra hand only when lifting up the table piece and assembling on the legs; else, for the most part a single person can assemble it in 4-5 hours - yes, 4-5 hours! The assembling is not that hard, but time consuming because of lack of written instructions and too many parts (you might as well be a carpenter). Contrary to prior reviews, my table didn't have any cardboard parts in the air blower - but you can be sure of that by plugging in the blower and checking the air flow prior to assembly. Air hockey and Pool are decent enough with the exception of some bendings on the table that curves the balls. However Table Tennis is just to say that there are 3 games and not 2 - the curved table top and uneven line-ups is more to protect your pool surface rather than for playing ping pong. Overall, I'm happy with about $350 price range since this lies in my loft and is thoroughly enjoyed by young people...

It's nice having all 3 games in one table. We did encounter one problem. After getting it put together, we plugged the cord in to make sure the air hockey game was working. The air was not coming out and we were very disappointed because we had spent so much time putting the table together. Fortunately I was able to speak to someone at East Point that told me that the manufacterer of the motor had placed a piece of cardboard that prevented the air to move. This was not in the directions beforehand so we had to take part of the table apart to remove the cardboard. That wasn't much fun but after removing the cardboard, we had lots of fun playing! We also noticed the table was on sale the week after we bought it. I spoke to Sears and they refunded us the difference. I would recommend this table to all.

This table was great because I purchased it for the children to use in my basement. It took time to put it together but it was fairly easy. My only concern was the less than pristine condition it came in but hey the price was right so I'm okay with the purchase overall.

Takes a lot of time for installation.  You do need a drill machine.  Some of the holes were not there and I had drill them.

Overall it's a good one for the price I got around $300

Table tennis bats are not of good quality.  I'm planning to buy different bats.

My biggest concern was that it would move or shake while playing pool, but it is rock solid.  I like being able to flip over the table to protect the pool felt, and I like that the air hockey surface is so large.  My only complaint is the edges of the air hockey field are a little low, so the puck has jumped the table a time or two, but then again, that might just be spirited play.

We bought a couple of 40" and 48" cues on line because the space it is in is a little tight.  To use a full size cue you need 57" (cue length) minus the distance to the ball- 4 or 5" if the ball is on the edge.  We have one end that is about 42 inches from the wall and I am not a fan of patching drywall.

As an assmebler I put together 11 of these the two weeks prior to xmas. What I found. The blower motor has a piece of cardboard to be removed befor assembly as stated in some reviews. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it falls out on shipping. Why they are concerned about the motor turning in the box I have yet to figure out. If this happens take off the bottom panel. Then take off the outer panel and you have access to the motor. By taking off the bottom panel you can get to the allen bolt kind of hidden by the blow motor. Next, If the blow motor works and you get no air out of the table top the table was installed 180 degrees off. There is only one air entry hole in the table end, Make sure it's right or no hockey for the kids. Next, I agree with several reviews and even with several of these under the belt some of the parts even being carefull don't always align correctly. For me this is only a cosmetic problem as most poeple have bought these for kids but the weak spot on the whole table are the end caps during the final step. The screws are tapered but the holes in the panel are not. This may cause the table to catch the screw heads upon turning and the wood for those screws is not very good either. I found chamfering the panel to seat the screw heads better work and or also using a bigger screw with a round head so as not to have an edge to catch helps. Also, the manual does not specify how tight to tighten the spin bolts I only tighten them hand tight to allow for flex of the end panel during the final portion of the table turn. (There are plastic guides which I found if allowed will push out the end panel upon contact and allow the table to clear screw heads etc. My first one took three and a half hours but am down to and hour and a quarter but remember, I do this for a living.
