How does it work?

Select "Free Store Pickup" and your preferred store before you add an item to
your cart. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email and,
later, a "Ready for Pickup" email that indicates your order is in store and is
being held for you.

For In-Vehicle Pickup: Pull into one of our reserved parking spaces — located
outside of the Merchandise Pickup area — and use the In-Vehicle Pickup feature
on the Sears app to start the timer and let us know you are here. An associate will
bring your order out to your car within 5 minutes.

For In-Store Pickup: Go to the Merchandise Pickup area. Using the Merchandise
Pickup kiosk inside, scan the barcode on your “Ready for Pickup” email or
swipe the credit card used to make your purchase.  An associate will bring
your order out to you within 5 minutes.

How do I know that an item is available for pick up?

You can check an item's pickup availability on the item page. Be sure to enter or
update the ZIP code, located just below the item’s listed price. Items will either
be in stock and available for Free Store Pickup, due in store for pickup within a
few days** or not available for pickup.

**Items that are due in store at a future date are, generally, not stocked in
the store or are currently out of stock. Additional time allows for shipping
from our warehouse.

Is every item eligible for pick up?

No, some items are only available for shipping or delivery.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, you may send someone else to pick up your order. During the checkout process,
be sure to check the "Someone else will pick up my order" box. You will need to
supply the name and email address of the designated person. We will send them
an email, which they will need to bring to the store as identification.

When do I go to the store to pick up my order?

Head to the store after you have received a "Ready for Pickup" email.

What are the store hours?

Store hours vary. Use our Store Locator to find your store, and click on the location
to see the store’s hours. Store hours will also appear on “Order Confirmation” and
"Ready for Pickup" emails.

What do I bring with me to the store?

Bring your "Ready for Pickup" email, photo ID and — if applicable
— original method of payment.

Is In-Vehicle Pickup available at all Sears stores?

In-Vehicle Pickup is available at all Sears stores. (Excludes Sears Auto Center, Sears Hometown, and Sears Outlet stores.) You may also be able to pick up your Sears order at your nearest Kmart store. Select Free Store Pickup before you add your item to your cart. If Kmart pickup is available for your item, your nearest Kmart store will be listed among your store options.

Where do I go and what do I do?

For Fine Jewelry orders: Head to the sales counter in the Fine Jewelry department. Present your "Ready for Pickup" email and photo ID.

For Automotive order: Head to the sales counter at the Sears Auto Center. Present your "Ready for Pickup" email and photo ID.

Will my car or truck be big enough for the item?

Always check the dimensions of the item you're purchasing. If you don't think an item will fit in your vehicle, you may also choose to have your item(s) shipped or delivered. See Shipping Methods.

How do I cancel or return my purchase?

To cancel an order placed for pickup, contact Customer Service at 1-800-349-4358. You may process your return at a Sears store. See our Return Policy.

How do I enable location services for the Sears app?

On an Apple device: tap Settings > Privacy > Location Services; make sure Location Services is enabled; tap Sears app icon and make sure the Always option is checked.

On an Android device, tap Settings > Location and make sure Location/Location Services/Location Reporting is enabled.

When do I initiate an In-Vehicle Pickup?

Pull into one of our reserved parking spaces — located outside of the Merchandise Pickup area — open the Sears app and tap In-Vehicle Pickup in the app’s menu. One of our associates will deliver your order to you within 5 minutes.

How do I download the Sears app?

You can download the app from the Apple’s App Store or Android’s Google Play store.

Do I need to be a Shop Your Way member to use In-Vehicle Pickup?

Yes, In-Vehicle Pickup is only available to Shop Your Way members.
