Step 1: Tell us about yourself
Fill out your info, pick the store you'd like to meet at, let us know what products interest you and set your appointment day.
Step 2: Pick your time
You'll have a 5-day timeframe to schedule an appointment. Schedule for morning, afternoon or evening.
Step 3: We'll call to confirm
We'll send you an appointment confirmation. If there isn't an expert available — or if your schedule changes — we can help reschedule.
Step 4: Go to your Sears store
Enjoy shopping top products with your expert. They'll stay with you as long as you need. Bring questions!
