If you're looking for a dessert that's super easy to make and doesn't take much time, try microwaving chocolate fudge. If you already have all of the ingredients on hand, preparing the fudge in the microwave takes under five minutes.
What you’ll need:
Step 1: Mix ingredients in bowl. Using a microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine the chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter and salt. It's not necessary to do much work initially to mix the ingredients together because they need to be microwaved to melt down. Place the bowl with ingredients in the microwave and heat on high for three minutes, stopping the microwave every sixty seconds to stir the fudgy mixture.
Step 2: Pour fudge into baking dish. Remove the melted fudge from the microwave and pour the mixture into your foil-lined square baking dish. Make sure the fudge settles so the surface is smooth and flat.
Step 3: Refrigerate. Allow the dish of fudge to cool in the refrigerator for about two hours. Cut into one-inch squares, serve and enjoy.
