The Franklin 3 piece outdoor high top bar set is a great solution to a small space.

The Franklin 3 piece outdoor high top bar set is a unique set designed for balconies, decks, porches or small spaces with a railing to hang the compact bar table.  This is ideal for small spaces and balconies since all 3 pieces fold up extremely compact. The taller height is designed for balconies or decks with railings. The bar table has adjustable brackets which adapt and secure the table top to most deck or balcony railings. The table top folds down flat when not in use. The table top and chair seat and backs are crafted with the unique Endurowood slat material. The Endurowood slats are a conbination of resin and wood to give it rich look and grain of wood without the the maintenance of staining or painting. Set includes 2 sturdy steel frame folding bistro chairs. Chairs fold flat for compact storage. Chairs and table have steel frame construction with a durable all-weather powder coat paint finish.
