so far, so wonderful
Installed a week ago; works just fine. I made sure to have the installers level it because my floor slants a bit.
Freezer on the "normal" setting keeps just the right cold level: ice cream is not rock hard, but frozen food is. The installers set the refrigerator at slightly colder than "normal" and it seems perfect that way.
Fortunately I read the manual, so the extra noises it makes are ok to me (heard it defrosting this morning - little clunks of ice dropping, and I didn't get the icemaker.) The noise of the motor when it's running is not loud at all.
BTW, the little rack in the freezer is not attached (which is a good thing.)

Handle broke in 3 months
My handle broke off in 3 months, plus I think its alittle loud. The price was good and its big.

Only lasted 7 years
After 7 years this refrigerator will not cool food nor will the freezer freeze anything. A refrigerator should last at least 20 years if not 30 years and this one was done in 7 years.

Unbelievably loud--not worth it even if it were free
I cannot begin to tell you just how loud this refrigerator is! Sounds like a freight train in the corner of the kitchen and runs constantly. You can hear it all over the house! I will be replacing this for sure. It cools well, but who cares if it is so loud every meal is a nightmare. I never even noticed when my last refrigerator ran, and I only replaced it because it was ugly. I would rather have a less efficient model that is quiet. Shame on you Frigidaire!
