    We had this product for one year and almost exactly on the warranty expiration date, the turntable stopped working and the vent fan would not come on automatically.  We didn't feel like paying for a service call on it, so we just manually turned on the fan every time we heated something.  The we went tp sell the property and the inspector flagged it-- ended up costing us a whole new microwave unit.

    Unless you are a microwave gourmet, there are more features on this than most people need, and the more features available, the more likely something will break.  Save your money!
