    just bought this fridge because of the double freezer feature. it's discouraging when you cannot fit 2 gallons of milk/juice on door holder. the door makes this weird nose when closed. for 3000 dollar fridge you need a second fridge to put stuff. not good for large family. the bottom freezer catches on the ice maker when being closed. not good. i am yet to speak to sears about these problems.

    Ok so the first problem was that the ice maker was broken. Now that it has been replaced after a service call, the top freezer drawer is difficult to open and close because it bangs against the ice maker housing. Then the ice was still getting stuck because the wiring was in the way, but I was able to bend it away so now it falls into the tray properly. However once the tray is full, if you try to slide the drawer forward that holds the tray, a bunch of ice will be knocked to the bottom of the freezer and fly out all over the floor. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the ice maker overfilling the tray, or just a poor design of this refrigerator. Other problems are that something squeaks after you close the doors, it is very loud when cooling, and it is an energy hog. I expect more from a $3K product, if I knew how I would make Sears give me a full refund or a different model as replacement.
