I Am Truly Amazed!
I have had this model up and running in my home now for 1 month. There was fresh produce I had just purchased that I transferred from my old refrigerator to the PFE29PSDSS.
After all of this time, I still have produce that is just as crisp & fresh as the day I transferred it from the old fridge.
In my life, I have never experienced freshness of this magnatude in a refrigerator. It is also beautiful, both inside and outside.
In addition, I'm proud to have purchased an item that was assembled in the U.S.A., keeping Americans employed.
As an older person, I'm glad that the icemaker is located in such a way that bending over to access it is not necessary in the event it ever jams, which, so far, has not been an issue.
After doing much research, I originally had a different brand in mind to purchase, but my partner liked this one, so I went for it.
I don't regret our decision and we're hoping for years of great service from our investment.

There must be a reason why no fridge is made in america
Had my new Model PFE29PSDASS delivered this morning 10am. It's 5pm and my fridge reads 78 degrees F. I was told that I need to wait 24 hours for the fridge to cool, not only by Sears but also by GE. When I called to get someone else to verify at Sears, they said it could take longer than 24 hours and that they would send a repairman only after that "normal" waiting period. Read other reviews - customer are sending back brand new purchases time after time because the fridge does not cool. I have all of my refrigerated items spoiling as I type. Buyer beware. Sears will not tell you beforehand that it takes 24 hours to cool. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR OLD FRIDGE if it still cools. You'll still need it.

So far so good
Was glad to find this fridge after looking for about a year. Lots of room ice and water works great and fridge is assembled in the USA. This is important to me and my husband. If all goes well we will be replacing the rest of our appliances with GE and buying them at Sears. (Great customer service and a good delivery team)

So much room!
Our new refrigerator was just installed this morning and it is running perfectly. It has so much room inside. It looks empty. Really like the design and the adjustable shelves especially the slide back one to allow for tall items. I am sure I will be rearranging it as I put more into it. Love the lighting inside and the auto fill feature with the water is great! Having the filter in the door will make changing it so much easier. We researched a lot of refrigerators and this is the one we kept coming back to for the capacity and the features. Great product!

Love this refrigerator!
We have had this refrigerator for eight months and have not been disappointed in a single feature. The ice maker is adequate for frequent guests and us. The lighting is wonderful. When you open the doors everything is visible even to the back of it and it is easy to organize because the shelves are adjustable and clear glass. My fresh vegetables last much longer in these vegetable bins than in my old refrigerator so we save money by not having to throw out spoiled food.

This refrigerator has a very open, organized appearance from the first time you open the doors. It has good lighting, easy to use drawers and flexible shelving arrangements. The freezing compartment has a layered affect with the upper drawers being closed when it is opened that allows everything to be easily accessible.

We love this fridge, especially the water and ice dispenser on the door! The water senser actually measures the amount of water going into the glass. I love the huge bottom freezer with the bins, and the door alarm which alerts me if someone leaves one of the doors open. It has room for a week's worth of groceries, plus it looks great.

We have owned this fridge for about six months and it does everything the ads say and more. It keeps food fresher longer than others we have had, looks better, runs better, makes ice better and the water is amazing. We used to buy bottled water but not anymore. The lights inside let us see everything easily and put it all within reach. Even the bottom freezer is easy to use and get to things and holds a ton of stuff. We love it. Thanks also it is very quiet and smooth running. The auto fill is handy even though I did not think we would use it, we do.
