Generac  2500 PSI 2.3 GPM Gas Pressure Washer

I did some serious searching for a new PW as the unit I had broke down due to the pump (which was repairable for an amount almost equal to a whole new PW), although the engine still ran good and did not have a lot of hours. A nearby dealer showed me one of his models with the pump in the horizontal position instead of underneath. He showed me why that was a better configuration and if needed could be repaired. Armed with that information I began searching for models with a horizontal pump and found the Generac unit, with a good price and fellow owners giving it good reviews. Ordered one on line and had it at the house within 5 days. Filled it with oil and gas and started on about the 5th pull (started on the second pull each time thereafter). The large gas tank is great if you're doing big jobs as it seemed to run much longer than my old model.

Solid construction, nothing cheaply done. Easy to set up. Do not use all of provided oil. Tough to start initially but fine after that. Cleaned like a champ!

When ready to upgrade from old defunct pressure washer, I did much research, and landed with the Generac 2500. I am thrilled so far after about 10-15 hrs of use. I love the portability-wheels and no bending are one of many improvements from my prior machine. The power is perfectly adequate for my needs so far-cleaning cement slab, washing down yard equipment, cleaning wooden deck, and auto cleaning.I have no reason to think it won't help me strip the stain off my home siding when ready for a refresher as it performs as well as my previous B+S model (which was hard to cart around)-and all my old tips will work on the new model-not that I need them, for I have 4 new wonderful tips to choose from. Easy set up and operation, large gas tank, well thought out tool placement, and great ratings cannot be argued with.

This is perfect for jobs around the home. I use it to clean my vinyl siding, grill, driveway and stone walks. I also went out and bought a wider tip and use it on the tires, bed coating, and bumpers, and plastic areas on my truck. Unit works very well and is fairly quiet. I wrestled with whether or not to spend the additional $20 and gotten the 2700 model just because of the onboard tank. In hindsight I probably should have just because it's easier than carrying a bucket around whenever you move the washer. I'm really happy with it overall.

Great power washer..!! I've been looking for a nice and easy to use one, and came across this one.. I bought it from a retailer and works great.

This is an excellent machine. It is well-designed; the horizontally mounted pump makes connecting and disconnecting the water and pressure hoses a breeze. It starts easily with only one or two pulls of the recoil rope. Pressure is sufficient for my needs without peeling paint or decals from my fifth-wheel trailer. There were two things with which I was less than satisfied: I had to travel 70 miles one-way to see and buy my machine, and the detergent dispenser bottle I special-ordered (comes standard with the 2700 psi machine) came with a cap that didni't have a push-through opening for the feeder tube. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who was looking for a quality pressure washer.

Got this product last week to replace a competitor's electric model. Was surprised and thankful how easy it was to assemble, especially for an older, non-mechanical type. It started on the second pull. Wonderful! Today I actually used it for the first time. Again, second pull started right up. I used both the medium and high pressure nozzles. Both worked well for the type of jobs most homeowners do. I have already passed the product information to my son, son-in-law, and members at my church. I am very pleased so far. Thank you.

Very satisfied with this power washer. Does not take up much space in my shed. Does everything a homeowner needs a power washer to do. Starts on first or second pull every time.

Wanted a real good power washer for washing lawn mower , cars , siding , deck and to remove mildew . The Generac was the best deal for me . But was missing the nozzles .

Thank you, I love my Generac Power Washer. It did an awesome job today cleaning 55 gallon sorghum drums, 1/4 or less the time, and far cleaner than my electric one that died. I wish the electric had died sooner. I also was very happy to find multipe service centers in Colorado, including Power at Hand, who does an awesome job fixing stuff, and is 1-2 miles away.
