    This item is an excellent gift for any baby. This toy is very engaging especially for ages 2 months thru ten months. I have just one concern though, this item is being marketed as a mobile for your carseat, and that is where you would put it. My only concern is that parents might misuse this product unintentionally. You see, the handle on all infant carseats must be put down, not in the carrying position, below the level of the carseat when properly installed in the vehicle. If parents attach this toy to the carseat handle and then leave the handle in the carrying position while driving, in a accident/sudden stop, the baby can hit their head on the handle and be injured. I am a nurse and have seen many such injuries in the ER. My only advise is that this item is not used with the handle up while driving, it can be used for entertainment on the handle while not in the vehicle, such as while shopping, in the stroller, or when being used as a carrier.
