Hitachi  RB24EAP 23.9cc Gas Powered Variable Speed Handheld Blower

Easy set up & light weight. Easily started right up out of the box. The instructions call for a gas /oil mix ranging from 25:1 to 50:1. I used 32:1 to coincide with my 2 cycle weed trimmer and also to avoid mixing different batches of 2 cycle fuel. There was No smoke/no oil or gas residue from the engine which was surprising. I was also impressed by the amount of air flow coming out of the blower, it even blew wet leaves with ease. I was leaning towards a 4 cycle leaf blower but decided on this one when I spotted it in the store.

Easy to start and operate. Used it to blow leaves and pick up pecans, leaf blower in one hand and picking up pecans with the other.

So far this blower is awesome! I found out that I have more yard than I thought after I cleared away the leaves. A lot of power. It also has started like it has supposed to. I hope that next season it starts just as good.

This is by far the best home owners choice. I have six large oaks in my 1/2 acre yard and this blows the leafs and acorns into a three foot high pile with no problem!

hard to start and the pull start location sucks, keep hitting fingers on breather when trying to start. It took six hours to blow leaves out of the back yard and 5 of those hours were letting it cool and trying to start it.

I chose this leaf blower by all the positive reviews that i read about it and im telling you that this leaf blower is everything a person wants for every job...we use a 500 dollar back pack blower at work and this lil hand held beats it every time... I used it the other day to round up walnuts in my moms yard and it pushed the ones that the squirrels had half buried right along with the rest...very satisfied with this leaf blower and the 7 year warranty.....

i had a poulan pro blower (yellow) got it from ***** paid $99.00 it was good while it lasted only 4yrs . i purchased this one due to reviews i read a lot of them overall it was a 4.5 star . no blower out there has a average rating of 4 with more than 50 reviews! i had to see for myself this is a awesome blower very powerful and very light compared to the 14lb poulan pro "dry " it blows so powerful that i have fun now blowing my yard and driveway wet leaves and grass and all ! my arm doesnt get tired i dont have to be switching constantly like i did with the poulan pro. i love it i hope it last more than 4yrs if not i always have the warranty for 7yrs anyway to repair it . you will love this hitachi blower it blows a back pack blower away !!!

After reviewing all the leaf blowers on the market, I decided to buy the Hitachi for two reasons: the 7 year warranty and the mail-in rebate. This is by far the most powerful hand-held blower I've ever had. I live in a densely forested area and in the fall, this unit will clear large piles of leaves in no time. It was easy to start and I was shocked at its power output. You won't be disappointed.
