    Ordered from Internet, went to Sears to pick it up and instead of a scratch, the whole cooktop was smashed and unusable. Found another one but the downdraft screen was missing, the assistance manager promissed to order it and ship it directly to my house.....I am still waiting...it's been almost a month.
