Great Product
I have had the four burner for nearly 20 years in my home. It has been used almost daily during the days of rearing four children. . I have had no problem and had to replace nothing on this cooktop. When it came time to choose a cooktop for a place out of town, where I cook for large groups, I chose the 45 inch model. Again, I have had that one for four years and it has the same good history. At our out of town place I also chose this model because I thought it was the easiest to keep clean. You can easily take it apart and quickly & easily clean it and pop it back together. It is now time to remodel the home kitchen and my choice again is the Jenn Air 45 inch model! Absolutely nothing but good to say about a model and product I have used for years! Thank you for giving me a chance to express my gratitude to Jenn Air!

Don't Make This Mistake!
This is the absolute worst appliance I have ever purchased! Within 3 months, the indicator lights all melted off. The burners are so weak that it is virtually impossible to bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. The design makes keeping this cooktop clean also another impossible task. And the odd size makes it very difficult to replace once you decide you are dissatisfied with the unit but have a 45 inch hole I your granite island. I had buyers remorse almost 15 minutes after I bought this cooktop.
