    Great Product October 04, 2009

    I have bought 18 of these units and they have all been great machines. I did have 1 unit that broke down a year after purchase,  sears came out and fixxed it within two days after I called. If did not cost me a dime for the repair. Great jobs sears and thanks for a great product.

    3 weeks after the warranty expired the coin slider slipped off a cam inside the coin box and rendered the machine in-operable. I was told the tenants have to be very careful how they push the coins in as this is a common problem,if they use a foriegn coin this will cause the same problem.If anyone uses to much soap the machine quits.I was charged $129 to fix the problem.No more Sears for me.There attitude was tough S--- !DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK ! This thing was 1 year old and used 22 times, you tell me.

    Excellent brand to be using in a Luandromat. This type of machine is very durable and efficient while getting the job completed. Does not make a loud noise when in the washing, rinsing, or spinning cycles. All you will hear is a click of the machine. This tells you that it is either making a change in the rotation or in the cycle. It tells you that it is either in the rinse cycle or the spin cycle. In the area that I am from, you do not see these type of machines. If the laundrmats would use these machines. I am sure that they would get alot more customers as this would create a better system for the company that owns the business. Iwould highly recommend these to them.

    The Kenmore coin-operated electric washer machine will automatic pay for itself if landlords purchase and install them properly. The machine will give a good and satisfying wash for the time and money. this would be a great buy for families coming for the holidays. No coins, no washing.

    I purchased 5 Machines for building laundry room. 3 out of 5 are working with minor repairs. One machine they told me to junk due to drum bouncing. The other electric computer problem cycles take too long and stop for no reason. These machines really work good when they work. I had machines for 2 years. Belts, Cam, Drum, Filter hard to remove with BS Clamps they have with little hand room.
