    The Kenmore Stainless bottom load freezer is so functional! August 03, 2010

    Listening to the salesperson at first, I wasn't too convinced that I would actually like the bottom load freezer.   However, I definitely wouldn't have it any other way now!  It's convenient, space-saving and energy efficient not to mention beautiful and conveniently designed for multiple types of food and beverages.

    Looks good but performs horrible. November 24, 2009

    We have owned this refrigerator for about 6 years.  The compressor was replaced under warranty twice.  The warranty repair was a nightmare.  We had to fight to get it fixed under warranty.  The temperature is completely sporadic.  We had to buy a thermometer to keep in this refrigerator.  One day everything is frozen, including the water line for filtered water.  The next day it's up to 45 degrees and everything tastes warm.  This is the most expensive and absolute worst refrigerator I have owned.  We had to buy an extra refrigerator to keep in our basement as back up.  Inside the door reads "temp assure" 1.5 degree guarantee.  What a joke, it should say 15 degree guarantee.  I would avoid this refrigerator at all costs.  The repairman who has been to our house to fix it said it is a horrible appliance.  He said he replaces condensors on these all the time.  On the bright side, it does look nice.

    Have owned this refridgerator about 10 months and have been very satisfied with it. The icemaker works well and keeps us in plenty of ice.Meat drawer is great.The only complaint is this is not the quietest fridge, nothing major just louder than expected.
