    I am happy with this Kenmore Built-In Dishwasher. December 31, 2010

    I purchased this dishwasher 4 months ago, and I am very happy with my purchase. I do wish I had spent the extra money for a tall tub. I sometimes have trouble getting everything to fit, especially cookie sheets or larger items. The buttons are a little hard to push. I find if I push normal wash first then the option I want such as heavy wash or pots and pans, the buttons push easier. It takes a while to run through the cycles, but I believe that is the case with the energy efficient models. The dishes do come out clean and the machine is quiet. You can sit in the kitchen and talk while it is running. The stainless looks great and matches my other appliances. I like the quick rinse feature when not using immediately. Other than not always having enough room, I am completely satisfied with this dishwasher and would definitely recommend it!

    Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher January 10, 2011

    The dishwasher is excellent. It looks very nice in the kitchen. It performs very well. There just isn't anything I could recommend that could make it better. It's a great product. The installation on the other hand was unsatisfactory. The installer failed to use the dishwasher circuit and instead used another circuit that has left me without power to my backyard. Repeated follow-up has only yielded promises to fix the problem but has yielded no action. I don't plan on shopping at Sears again until someone makes this right.

    This dishwasher is very functional and does a good job. The only thing about it that I am unhappy with is the cycle dial knob sticks and it can be difficult to turn the dishwasher on. I've had the dishwasher for many years and that is my only criticism.

    i love this dishwasher it is quiet and convienant for bottles and nipples with the sani rinse. no more boiling nipples to sanitize! and the dishwasher baskets already built in make it double conveinent when you have a baby in the house!

    Pros:
    looks,gets the job done,cleans well

    We had another Kenmore Dishwasher that was about 15 years old and one of the gaskets went out, so instead of fixing it, we decided to get a new one.  We have been happy with Kenmore so went with another.  It is amazing that a machine that we run nearly every day for 15 years would last that long.  This dishwasher has a solid feel with smooth sliding racks.  We like the cycle options and the choices of different colors.  I like that the filters are simple to clean and the flat bottom makes it easy to find and retrieve small items that fall through the racks.  My only complaint is that the door swing seems tight and is somewhat difficult to open and close compared to our old dishwasher.  Overall we are happy with this dishwasher and would recommend it to others.

    This dishwasher is top of the line without an outrageous price tag. The Kenmore Elite is easy to install and level for the best performance.  The cycle settings work well with real life messes. The inside dish capacity is large and can take on many pots and pans along with plates and Tupperware, to ensure everything is clean in one day?s worth of washing. Great gift for any mommy.
