  • Save resources without sacrificing performance - With an innovative high-efficiency wash plate, the washer doesn't have to fill up with water to deliver great cleaning performance, saving 20 gallons of water per load (compared to a deep fill top-load washer manufactured before 2004, using the Normal cycle)
  • Get concentrated cleaning - The drawer dispenser system mixes water with detergent or fabric softener before they are released into the wash. This way, the detergent and fabric softener are ready to start working the instant it's sprayed on your clothes
  • Keep noise at a minimum - This washer is 25% quieter with QuietClean (Compared to Kenmore model 26002, normal cycles), which features extra sound-dampening materials like a thick sound absorber located at the bottom of the washer

    Great price and great washer!!!!! April 02, 2011

    This washer is great! I had been doing laundry at my mom's house for a year and decided to take advantage of the appliance rebate. The guys that delivered to washer were great and even had an extra dryer vent that they provided me with for free. My pipes froze in my laundry room after only having the washer for 2 weeks but it still worked great after the pipes thawed out. This is a great washer!

    Kenmore Automatic Washer doesn't wash! April 10, 2011

    I got this washer and was thrilled when I was able to first use it. It seemed like itwas going to be an awesome washer. I absolutely love front loaders, but our landlord wont allow them so this was my next best option!!! Boy was I wrong...I am constantly finding myself re-washing loads 2-3 times just to get them somewhat clean. I normally wash 3-4 loads a day, so I consider myself no rookie. I have never had any issues with stains or even smells coming out of my clothes until now. I have reduced the size of the loads and even set the load to extra heavy soil with hot water to try to help and still nothing! I believe I will be going back to the original style washer with the tall agitator. It just isn't worth me washing loads numerous times and having to discard clothing/sheets because they won't wash!

    I've had this washer for 6 weeks now and love it! I was replacing an early generation Maytag HE machine. This washer gets my clothes so much cleaner than my previous machine. For tough stains, I spray them with a pre-wash and they always come out - unlike my old washer. My heavy whites are coming out much cleaner - my husband's t-shirts look like new again. The cycles are longer than my old washer, but this machine takes care of adding softener, etc., so I just start the washer and forget about it until it chimes. You sometimes need to play with the choices a bit (for example, I prefer to change the water temp to warm on the delicates cycle) to get the best results.

    excellant product yes I would recommend it to a friend kennmore is the only way to go it is a high efficiency works for me if and when I may need a top load washer kenmore is top on my Iist who ever buy one will be very very happy with thier washer

    Previously had Kenmore washer and dryer for 16 years. Was reluctant about new HE technology especially after reading reviews. Very pleased with new set of matching washer/dryer. It does a great job; no wrinkles, clothes smell great, and love the digital timer.
