    Best Water Softener Ever! March 21, 2011

    When we had to replace current softener, Sears is the first place I thought of. And I was not disappointed. Excellent quality, price, and installation. And the best part? Uses so much LESS salt than the old one we had. We've had it in for about three weeks now and I have yet to replace salt! Love the design - smaller, more compact and digital. Fabulous!

    Kenmore Water Softner leaves you feeling hard! August 16, 2008

    This water Softner has had 3 repairs to date, all within one year of purchase! We paid for extended warranty, which with this last service call meant that a part would be mailed to us one week later that WE would have to install ourselves! Guess what-- part arrive one week later, but it was the wrong part! Still we wait.

    Our water was so hard my dishwasher which was near new was leaving my dishes so nasty looking, I thought the dishwasher was no good so I just stopped using it. After installing the water softener I was shocked at how clean they came out. I did not know it would make such a difference.

    Good quality at a great price,modern design saves water and energy,Relatively easy to set basic functions,Compact footprint.,Is very efficient
